Project Management

Experience and Professionalism is the key to CSI Project Management philosophy. With Health and Safety being an important factor, CSI manage and assess all H&S risks with a professional and responsible attitude. Each project will be co-ordinated by an in house Principal Project Manager who along with a Site Supervisor will ensure full project client satisfaction. Projects will be resourced with the appropriate level of labour to suite site programme and requirements, all operatives are CSCS certified.
