Our works include full ground preparation, service connections, and the installation of a modular steel structure housing a dedicated lounge, kitchenette, and welfare facilities. The building will feature a contemporary exterior design in line with Amazon’s standards, complemented by a high-quality interior fit-out focused on comfort, functionality, and durability.

Following our start on site in September 2025, construction is progressing well with groundwork and service installations complete, and the structural frame and external cladding now underway. Once finished, the new facility will provide a welcoming, practical space that improves driver welfare and integrates seamlessly within the wider site environment.
