Cheshire Storage & Interior Solutions Ltd was appointed by B Build to deliver a comprehensive office fit-out for NewCold at their Corby facility. This project formed part of a wider infrastructure enhancement programme for one of the UK’s leading temperature-controlled logistics providers.
Our works included full interior fit-out across multiple floors, covering internal partitions, doors, wall and ceiling finishes, floor coverings, sanitaryware, and fixtures and fittings. We also managed specialist packages including fire boarding and coordinated closely with other trades to ensure seamless delivery.
The project, valued at approximately £929,000, was delivered to CDM 2015 standards within a live operational environment and under tight programme constraints.
While on site, we were also asked to assist with additional works such as floor painting and fire stopping—stepping in to support tight deadlines when other trades faced resource issues. This highlighted our ability to adapt quickly, support the wider team, and maintain project momentum under pressure.
