Cheshire Storage & Interior Solutions Ltd was appointed by Pentadel to deliver the internal fit-out works for RD Johns’ new facility, supporting their ongoing growth as a leading foodservice distributor across the South West.
Our scope included the full fit-out of the office spaces, bathrooms, and welfare facilities across multiple floors. Key works covered the installation of internal partitions, glazed screens, skirtings, joinery, doors, flooring, and wall finishes, as well as sanitaryware and IPS units. We also completed detailed decorative works throughout, ensuring a clean and professional finish aligned with RD Johns’ high standards.
As the project evolved, we supported additional tasks such as fire stopping, floor protection, and coordinating with other trades to ensure timely completion—particularly where resourcing gaps arose.
Working under Pentadel as principal management, we played an integral role in helping to maintain progress on a tight, multi-phase construction schedule. Despite the fast-paced nature of the programme and the complexity of the works across ground, first, and second floors, we remained adaptable and solutions-focused throughout. Our involvement spanned February to April 2023, with consistent on-site collaboration helping ensure successful delivery through to final inspection and handover.
