Transform Ashton Old Baths

CSI Solutions were successful in the tendering process to reimagine the historic Ashton Old Baths, standing empty for 40 years, has been brilliantly transformed into a hub for digital and creative pioneers by Tameside MBC and Oxford Innovation. 

To preserve the incredible structure while creating inspiring modern workspaces, CSI Solutions partnered with Komfort Partitioning to deliver a bespoke fit-out using the arches that made the building so iconic.

To preserve the incredible structure while creating inspiring modern workspaces, CSI Solutions partnered with Komfort Partitioning to deliver a bespoke fit-out using the arches that made the building so iconic. Working with Architect Modern City Architecture and Main Contractor Casey, the project features Polar double glazed partitioning, acoustic Sonik 52mm doors and Komfort Defence EI30 steel fire screens with bespoke arched over panels, honouring the building’s historic architecture in this revitalisation.
